Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contactzeraya@gmail.com.

  • Order modifications and cancellations are accepted only through email.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
  • The store reserves the right to cancel any order if an item becomes unavailable or goes out of stock.
If an order is cancelled by the store, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3-Day Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The item received is broken, damaged, defective, or faulty.
  • You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our source location, the approved refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may cancel or return the eligible order and place a new order separately.
